General Return Policy

Please review the Terms and Conditions of Sales and Service Agreement for requirements regarding returns, warranty information and repair, replacement, maintenance and warranty work.


If you notify FOBI within 1 week of receipt of a nonconforming or defective product, FOBI shall have a commercially reasonable amount of time to repair or replace (at our sole option) such product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product, it may be returned to us for credit upon receipt of a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). 


If, for any reason, you do not want a product that you purchased from FOBI, it may be returned to us for credit upon receipt of a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) 30 days from the original purchase order date. Custom engineered products, including hose assemblies, and other non-standard products are not eligible for return unless the return is due to a quality issue. Any return that is unusable for resale, as determined by our detailed inspection, will not be eligible for credit unless the return is deemed a quality issue. You may be charged a 25% restocking fee, for return of any conforming or non-defective products.
